There should be plenty of impressive metal on display at Geneva in a few weeks and news from BMW means that there will be another addition in the shape of the latest M6 Convertible model. The next generation BMW M6 will be the most powerful Beemer ever with its 552bhp engine and takes the 650i model to the next level. Almost identical to the M6 Coupe that has been spotted on the road testing the M6 Cabrio will use the already viewed front and rear aggressive aprons along with 4 rounded exhaust tips at the back. From the spy shots doing the rounds in the Internet it looks like it will be fitted with 19 inch alloy wheels that cover cross drilled performance brakes. The 552bhp engine uses a 4.4 litre twin turbo V8 and a 8 speed auto gearbox system with a 0-62mph timing of around 4.6 seconds. For those budding fighter pilots out there the news that it will come with a heads up display as standard will raise heart rates while the Harman Kardon audio system is still an optional extra. For pricing don’t expect much change out of £90k though.
